No STARS!!! THREE STAFF locked up branch & walked out to lunch together at 12.30 ... CLOSED for an hour on a FRIDAY ABSOLUTE JOKE!!! Times have sure changed! Care factor NIL.
One time of year I use an actual bank and they're closed from Dec 23 to Jan 3 ...would have thought a couple of days between Xmas and NY wouldn't be too much of an ask?
The day this bank has more then one teller and I dont wait over 30minutes to be served I will be very surprised.
