Says online that its open..its not. And the atms arent operational either. This is the second time, as a customer for 50+yrs, that I've found out my branch is closing only by going there! No loyalty whatsoever shown to me so I guess I take my $ elsewhere!
Kaylene was very helpful in helping my elderly parents close their transaction account, and Leah was great too.
Not having opening hours on a Saturday is disrespectful to those that work Monday to Friday
