Extremely disappointed. The lender stated he would have approval within 3 days and we were constantly contacted then for 10 days after that deadline, needing that approval for being under contract. He treated my agent with complete disrespect and acted like she was dumb. The lender convinced my parents an inspection was a waste of money and the appraiser would find any deficiencies. As someone who works in the real estate field this was extremely harmful advice and if things go wrong it will be brought back upon the lender b... read more
