I went to BW to get a roll of quarters with a $ 10.00 bill to do laundry and was told by the Teller, " You have to have an account with us to get change!" CIII...you have lost the family friendly bank your family created by hiring and adopting the policies of Wells Fargo former employees...might be time to return from where you came..??
