I love that I can call my personal BankVista representative and have one person help me through any questions or issues I'm having. It's 1000x better than having to navigate through a phone tree only to talk to a big bank representative who doesn't know our business and won't provide a direct email address.

I started using BankVista in 2020 and never looked back. We use them for a checking, savings, and used them for our construction loan. They’ve always been very helpful and polite. I love that you can call them and someone answers the phone without having to go through a dialer, they know who you are when you walk into a branch, and if I need an adjustment made for a mobile check deposit limit I can call for an exception for a limited period of time.
