Awesome staff, very friendly and helpful!
I started using BankVista in 2020 and never looked back. We use them for a checking, savings, and used them for our construction loan. They’ve always been very helpful and polite. I love that you can call them and someone answers the phone without having to go through a dialer, they know who you are when you walk into a branch, and if I need an adjustment made for a mobile check deposit limit I can call for an exception for a limited period of time. I live in Mankato Bank Vista is the best bank ever. I really love it.
I do not recommend Bank Vista based on their poor customer service. I came in today as a new customer to open a basic checking account. The person I was working with ended up being unpleasant. I left feeling uncomfortable, awkward and with no checking account. After some paperwork came back, her entire demeanor changed and I could sense some annoyance from her end.
