BankUnited is not unlike most of the other major banks they just don’t have enough people to give any kind of good level of service. In addition they have probably the worst online banking system that I’ve ever worked with
Everytime I try to do anything involving this bank, they make it a point to be the most unhelpful. I want to cash my paycheck that's drawn from this bank, they can't do it unless I make an account. I want to cash my buisness check drawn from this bank, they can't unless I make an account. And don't get me started on this hat policy they more worried about then helping my banking needs.
