Rude. I can see why no one is ever there.
I've had an account with Bank United (opened at a different branch) for over 20 years and it used to be good. But this branch is the 2nd worst. The worst one closed. Lately its a bit improved and the new staff is somewhat nicer, but in general I DREAD having to go to this branch because everyone is grumpy and in a terrible mood and they treat you like you bothering them by doing a transaction. I'm guessing it must be a horrible place to work.

Employees have no manners and don't care about the client. No one greets you. No sign in sheet. No one said thank you not even a nod or smile. Taking myy money to another bank.
