I met with Jason at the indiantown Road location & had an excellent experience with him. I had been banking with Chase since 2007, and it was one thing after another but the most recent debacle was the last straw. Bank United started out great, but after employee after employee left them things just didn’t stay the same. I’ve since taken our business across the street, and it was a FANTASTIC decision that I wish I made earlier.
Extremely accessible banking. Visa debit cards, mobile app, online banking, worldwide ATMs. I haven't gone into the branch in years, but staff is always helpful when I phone with questions. I highly recommend BankUnited.
