Bank United provides very personal service. I work with the Jupiter branch, and every time I have contacted them, they delivered excellent service. I would like to give a special mention to Tanya, who is very committed to the clients.
Eddy at Indiantown Rd, Bank United is the pleasant person that always helps me at this branch. I’ve been coming there for years and he’s always smiling, knows me, doesn’t have to ask for my ID each time. He’s efficient and a very good representative of what a bank person should be. He’s very professional and Bank United should be thankful they have such a great employee.
It has been refreshing being assisted by Eddy R at Bank United, with his professionalism and a wonderful smile. In this day and age when one walks into a bank and there are constantly new people Eddy recognized me and provided exceptional customer service, and support. (Thank -You to you and your team members) I have also mentioned this to his manger Jason.
I met with Jason at the indiantown Road location & had an excellent experience with him. I had been banking with Chase since 2007, and it was one thing after another but the most recent debacle was the last straw.
