Staff very friendly and helpful. I asked to cash a check but they couldn't because they did not have enough cash. They called several other branches and were able to arrange another branch to cash my check the same day. Great, friendly staff who go above and beyond for their customers. Thank you.

Bank United has a new policy which states that a valid check, less than a week old, payable to a person, whose name matches the Florida Drivers license exactly, whose address on the check matches their DL cannot be redeemed, cashed or converted to a teller check for non-customers for checks over $10K. It's unusual since they know the check is valid, and drawn on their bank. Seems checks are one step away from useless at Bank United, which is bad for their customers.

I love what BankUnited has done for my business and my personal finances. This is by far the best Bank you can do business with. If you think you can get better service somewhere else, be my guest.
