Michelle Jones is the quintessential assistant manager. She assisted me at a difficult moment and was calm, professional, knowledgeable, and caring. The BankUnited branch in Palm Beach Gardens is one of the few truly Neighbourhood banks. All the staff is amazing. They greet you by name when you walk in, they know you, they know your family they take care of you. Thank you to everyone there!
I did my deposits here in past and was not a fan of employees they had. Staff had changed, now Daisha, Ali and Lety are a great group of ladies that work here. These ladies are awesome!! Stop in and see them

Jason and the team (Daisha and Leticia) went above and beyond to help one of my clients, when one of the Big Box banks wouldn't.
Staff very friendly and helpful. I asked to cash a check but they couldn't because they did not have enough cash. They called several other branches and were able to arrange another branch to cash my check the same day. Great, friendly staff who go above and beyond for their customers. Thank you.
