Just switched over to Bank United. As a newer business owner I had no idea what a Bank can actually do for me. I was with a large global bank for the last 16 years for personal banking and thought I'd just go with them for my business. For some reason you cannot call this branch directly to speak with someone. You have to call the main office, then they email the branch, and someone is supposed to call you back. Im from out of state, trying to contact someone about my grandmother's accounts for three weeks now with not a single call back. She has dementia, and im her poa. Customers service at its worst.
