Actually, Zero stars. I walked in on a Friday to open a new business account and was told I needed an appointment. Not a single customer in the bank at that time. I gave my info so someone can call me to schedule an appointment. Monday afternoon I called, since no one had called me yet, again was told that someone would call me to schedule an appointment.
