Actually, Zero stars. I walked in on a Friday to open a new business account and was told I needed an appointment. Not a single customer in the bank at that time. I gave my info so someone can call me to schedule an appointment. Monday afternoon I called, since no one had called me yet, again was told that someone would call me to schedule an appointment. Great Bank! Best rates in town! Rayne and Kate are great to work with!
Just opened a new buisness account at bank united. Rayne and Carlos were awesome in making the transition from bank to bank as painless as possible. Carlos followed through to make sure transition was comfortable. Rayne followed though to make my company and I feel like a really accepted member of the bank. Look forward to this new relationship.
