Honestly worst banking experience in my 58 years of life! "Assistant Branch Leader " Manny Jean struggled with a simple POA doc at 9AM, and kept us there for over an hour with his phone support. No notary on duty. Had to take to my other bank to get docs notarized. Asked him to research another account and we would be back before 5. Returned at 445PM, complained and said we couldn't be in the branch after 5PM, when he had all day and didn't do it. Worst service I’ve ever experienced
This bank is only good for depositing and withdrawals. They want the tellers to do everything that a bank specialist apparently has no time to do with you such as sitting down and talking about your accounts. Why would you want me to stand at a teller divulge all my information so the next person walks up can hear everything? Instead of sitting down and talking in the booth offices privately ?. I swear in the last eight months I have come to this location and the guy there I think his last name is Jean either refers me onlin... read more

My friend went there, I would never go to that bank. My friend had so many problems with them and the workers in that branch on atlantic are rude and not nice at all. Stay away and go to more reputable banks
