Beautiful upholstery work on my sofa. Friendly customer service from Judy and Diminic in Geelong store.
We had a great experience buying our absolutely beautiful couches from Banksia. Judy is honest and helpful. We (not them) had a misunderstanding on the turn around time, but Dom and Judy made an effort to get it to us in our ridiculous time frame, and did it! The couches are so beautiful. Well made (we think!) and will last for many years. Have recommended Banksia to others already.

Amazing makeover - a vintage well-made Knole sofa (can’t upload before and after photos) - such beautiful work by Banksia Lounges; can’t speak highly enough of this team of talented professionals. Considering the skill involved and amount of work involved it very good value for money - we could not have bought a new piece of this quality for the cost of giving my Mum’s treasure a new lease of life (and keeping another piece out of landfill or over-stretched charities). In August Dom and his team reupholstered 12 dining chair seats for us. Rather than take in all 12 chairs, we unscrewed the seats from the frames. Dominic was very helpful, providing suggestions for our choice of cover and informing us they would take 1-2 days to complete. I received a call on the morning of the second day to say the seats were ready. Given we had to screw the seats back on the frames, the team had left the holes for the screws (on the bottom of the seats) visible and accessible for us which made our job so m... read more
