Really disappointing bank. Most employees have zero knowledge and experience. Really an embarrassment to the company. Just left this place because lack of customer service and support

Not the best organised way of helping people with their enquiries. Westpac & People's Choice had someone to greet you as you entered & ascertain your requirements then invite you take a seat while you waited to be called. BankSA had a seating area but if you sat down, you'd lose your place in the queue (which was haphazard). If they don't have the staff to greet you, maybe they could install Take a Number then you could sit while you waited. However, when we were finally served (on Fri at 11.45am) by a lady in turquoise glas... read more
