On numerous occasions and across few staff knowledge of simple things is very poor. In all instances they had to go and see a manager and even then problem not solved, problem still “active”. On all occasions wrong advice was given and made situation worse faith inconveniences cascading and I then trying to fob me off. Just great for someone who has been with the bank for 30 years. This is worst bank that I have ever seen. Zero customer service. Lack of knowledge.
