Waited to be seen while staff ignored the growing queue. 1 teller and two visible staff. A male staff member walked quickly past the queue while looking away from us. He disappeared into a room in the banking hall never to be seen again. One customer was getting quite frustrated by the slow to non existent service. Another member in the back office just appeared to be shuffling bits of paper. We decided to go to Victor harbor where the service was better. I've only been here a couple of times but have had a positive experience each time. Best to avoid Monday mornings, though, as many of the local businesses drop off their weekend proceeds at this time, which can cause a bit of a wait. It's great that we still have a bank in Strathalbyn and one with an ATM where you're not charged for taking out cash. The building itself is also beautiful. I think it's good if we can support these branches so as to keep them open .

Staff are nice but slow, I spent 10 minutes waiting for staff to stop talking to be told they can’t count money and to go to mount barker.
