I've only been here a couple of times but have had a positive experience each time. Best to avoid Monday mornings, though, as many of the local businesses drop off their weekend proceeds at this time, which can cause a bit of a wait. It's great that we still have a bank in Strathalbyn and one with an ATM where you're not charged for taking out cash. The building itself is also beautiful. I think it's good if we can support these branches so as to keep them open .
Staff are nice but slow, I spent 10 minutes waiting for staff to stop talking to be told they can’t count money and to go to mount barker.
