The branch has been absolutly horrible. (Use to be amazing and friendly) Starting to isolated people and buisness when they are now the only bank around. I have a bank account with then personally and a Mortgage with wespac. Yet because my buisness does not bank with them. I cannot get change for the till. Other westpac & BankSA branches are more than happy. The ladies behind the counter are nice and try to help but it is becoming an absolute nightmare for something so simple. Rude distracted staff. Uninterested. Talking amongst themselves whilst serving customers. Unhelpful. I only went inside to withdraw cash because they had ceased cardless withdrawal recently. Felt I was a nuisance to the staff member. One told me to go to another because she was busy finishing off some other work after she has asked me to come to the window. Never again!
Worst branch ever. Complete lack of empathy from staff and when I had to dispute the fact that the atm took my money and didn’t deposit to my account all the staff member said was “I know this isn’t ideal” and then explained some convoluted process to get my money back. No faith or trust in the bank sa brand or westpac group and it all stems from my dealings with this branch
Good luck in getting to speak to someone and getting issues resolved. How about getting rid of this AI rubbish and stop pretending that, I as a customer are important to you. Give me a break! It annoys that I had to even give you a one-star rating!
