On going bad service, everyone I know who has gone into the Stirling branch recently has had a very bad experience. Everything is an ordeal. They spend far too much time chatting rather than giving customers service. If you need anything done you basically have to do it yourself. Last week, 3 of us went to the bank for different reasons and all 3 had difficulty getting the service provided to do the job. Three age groups so I don’t think it’s because we don’t understand the system, 90 year old, 62 year old and 35 year old.

Even though I have a POA for my mother's account they refused to let me organise payments and mums insurance, care, rates and other bills are not being paid. I have cancelled my account and advise people to do the same otherwise they will not get the message about their atrocious service and attitude.

Poor service. One teller, only, to manage all requests and another person ' serving ' on a console but providing very little in the way of service. This branch also closes between 12 and 1pm. Lady was helpful and pleasant but without much support. I went in just to change a large $ note into smaller amounts and waited over 30 minutes. Don't go in if you want to be out within 10 minutes!

The branch has been absolutly horrible. (Use to be amazing and friendly) Starting to isolated people and buisness when they are now the only bank around. I have a bank account with then personally and a Mortgage with wespac. Yet because my buisness does not bank with them. I cannot get change for the till. Other westpac & BankSA branches are more than happy. The ladies behind the counter are nice and try to help but it is becoming an absolute nightmare for something so simple. Rude distracted staff. Uninterested. Talking amongst themselves whilst serving customers. Unhelpful. I only went inside to withdraw cash because they had ceased cardless withdrawal recently. Felt I was a nuisance to the staff member. One told me to go to another because she was busy finishing off some other work after she has asked me to come to the window. Never again!
