Seriously don't even bother visiting a branch. I lodged a personal loan application online. Couldn't access my eContract so I called up only to be told to visit a branch. Went in to this branch and told they couldn't help either. The lady did try but was unable to resolve anything, so I had to call up again.
I find all the staff I've dealt with friendly and helpful and professional.
