Excellent customer service. Donna went above and beyond to help me out and in such a timely manner. Very professional!
I feel older than a was when I lined up
Went in for a simple transaction, wanting smaller notes to be exchanged for larger ones, but the female teller was short, rude, and very unwelcoming. Didn't catch her name, but perhaps she should seek another career if she doesn't like handling money and dealing with customers.
Most pleasant time of the fortnight is when i visit this bank. I thank gina for all of her help and phone calls to keep me up to date with my accounts. Lovely staff cheers barry
