Slow service. Staff just standing around. I was on a lunch break and was late back even with only 1 person in front of me. Too much small talk from staff member, no transaction taking place as this was done already! Never going back, wasted my time. I don’t pay banking fees to listen to your weekend plans.
This branch used to be OK, but lately the tellermachine is out of action evrytime I go , so then I have to go somewhere else to get my money out .

I rang the other day to request for an old bank statements and was able to talk to a human and was quickly assisted. But the requested bank statements didn't come in as promised then the phone number just keeps on giving an online bot assistant that could not help me at all for 2 days now. Very frustrating!
