Had the branch manager (Jenny) harass a NDIS participant to tears, she then proceeded to come back to get jabs in as the client is trying to compose themselves to leave. Jenny then called security because we were apparently being aggressive to have us removed.......... They need to learn their own guidelines about being aggressive and the aggressor, especially to someone with a disability. Jenny cant manage her own emotions, let alone a bank

Very rude manager and not supporting never go to this branch again
Would give 0 stars if possible. Couldn't even open a new account for me even though I have been with them for 30+ years, tried many times and after 5 weeks of no luck went to another branch which sorted everything out in a few minutes. No communication or follow up after being promised help.
