Disgraceful customer service
I'm been in Bank SA for 38 year got no internet banking due scamer now still got problem if I draw a money amount of $10,000 a lot of questions how,to used your money its my money its not yours unbelievable.
Disgusting costumer service went in and explained 10 times what we needed help with. Kept trying to communicate with them but got talked over multiple times. Did not understand and kept going on about something else. When withdrawing cash I asked a lady a simple question then she followed on telling the other worker what we asked as if we weren’t right there in front of them. Making fun of us. Had the branch manager (Jenny) harass a NDIS participant to tears, she then proceeded to come back to get jabs in as the client is trying to compose themselves to leave. Jenny then called security because we were apparently being aggressive to have us removed.......... They need to learn their own guidelines about being aggressive and the aggressor, especially to someone with a disability. Jenny cant manage her own emotions, let alone a bank
