Horrible experience. Rude and condesending. Would rather drive to different branchs than come here again.
Popped into this branch today and made a withdrawal from the ATM. Went in to the branch to change the 2x$50 notes to 1x $100 to put into a card for a Christmas gift to be advised by the two staff that this is only done for BankSA customers. Very disappointing!!
Useless. Called in 3 weeks ago advising we wanted to make a mortgage payment today. Advised by the mortgage lender lady that when we want to make the payment come to the teller and they will be able to do it for us. Called in today and waited 10 minutes as there was only 1 teller with three others in their offices. Spoke to one in an office and she advised teller will do it for us. Nope... got to teller. To the RUDE older lady behind the counter, you clearly don't want to be there. It's a Customer service role. You even grunted at us! Discusting transaction and not for the first time either
Glasses lady with blonde bob haircut was incredibly rude, will never return. Have never been treated so disgusting in my life. Will gladly take extra time out of my busy life to drive to another branch, I might even change my home loan provider as a result of this interaction.
