No stars at all for this branch I opened a savings account was told 4.65% interest monthly provided my tax file number so no tax 1 month later only got half that amount went into to look into it all the teller did was kept telling me I “probably “ didn’t provide my tax file number I showed in the app it says I had then I was told the interest wasn’t monthly but yearly just told lies or simply just don’t know there job you all deserve to be fired the way you treat people
