Ridiculous trying to speak to someone
Justine was very rude in her customer service - she wasnt willing to listen and she didnt even show any sympathy about my expressed frustration from personal experiences with some staff and problematic atm machines, she bluntly refused to acknowledge what she was told and was debating like "I know how the staff do their jobs", she kept rolling her eyes, this was shocking, to Justine - I want to ask "I wonder if you were there when I had bad experiences in relation to many aspects such as ATM machines & face to face services ... read more
2025 update - this bank has moved again and joined with Westpac (who own BankSA). Our Mortgages were reviewed and rates were dramatically increased. Standard transaction accounts were turned into concession accounts without notice - we don't even meet the criteria! After 40+years with the Savings Bank of South Australia we have moved our Banking elsewhere. BankSA and Westpac are not recommended - there are better options available! 2018 - Love my BankSA.
