Have the greatest respect for the staff at this branch they go above and beyond, every time I walk in they may not be able to help you with what you would like but given the time they will work out a solution for you. Big shout out to Amanda today for walking the home loan road with us, for her product knowledge her attention to detail her willingness to take it at a slow and steady pace, and even if we bugger up it’s not a problem to have it re-explained or to assist us with another way round. Ridiculous trying to speak to someone
Justine was very rude in her customer service - she wasnt willing to listen and she didnt even show any sympathy about my expressed frustration from personal experiences with some staff and problematic atm machines, she bluntly refused to acknowledge what she was told and was debating like "I know how the staff do their jobs", she kept rolling her eyes, this was shocking, to Justine - I want to ask "I wonder if you were there when I had bad experiences in relation to many aspects such as ATM machines & face to face services ... read more
