The staff were super lovely! I was in a bit of a pickle - I'm a high school teacher and was trying to organise floats for my Year 7 business class. Even though I don't bank with Bank SA, they were kind enough to help me out when my bank couldn't! Thank you!

Customer service experience was just so fantastic. I came in to enquire about account opening. A staff handed me to Brady and clearly discussed about the products and assisted me all throughout. Post discussion, I was able to open savings account for me and my kids. Compare to the other banks, this bank gives more flexibility in terms of account opening Kudos!
