Bank SA are the worst! Extremley bad customer service. They won't bother working with you to suite what may be happening in your life. Also, forget trying to get a credit limit increase on their VISA cards. They will decline you before even having a real person speak to you and couldn't care less about adding bad ratings to your credit report. I'll be moving all my banking away from these muppets. Don't risk having them damage your credit rating. Stay away!!!

Very bad experience Was down for ID verification Already told the counter staff i was told to do a verification in this branch . When I went to counter, a young lady with black long curl hair already glared at me !! Yes she glared at me and asked me how can I help. I told her about verification, and told her what is going on.
