I am with Bank SA for 15 years. went to Burnside branch for an urgent matter. But I was very disappointed going there. Poor customer service. Ridiculously understaffed, nearly 20 minute waits. The bank has no staff to attend my needs and no proper procedure to handle the situation. Single counter in a busy place like Burnside....I won't go again

I needed last 2 months transaction records to submit for a visa purpose and transaction details were coming in with my old address. Tried to fix it online, no go. Went to branch and met Luke who tried to fix it but system was not allowing him to do it. Jennie, more senior staff member jumped in to help and went over and beyond to help me. She managed to fix the issue. Excellent customer service, thanks Jennie & Luke
In the process of moving back to Bank SA. So great having a phone number for my branch as well as speaking to locals. The staff in this branch epitomise the reason to move back.
