For a bank that merged with westpac you would think they would at least have more resources. Think again! 10 people in queue with only 1 teller, then turned away and told to go to another branch because they didn’t have $20 worth of coin at all. In fact, was told that $500 worth of coin is such a huge order and needed to be ordered a week in advance! Really disappointed that being a bank, they can’t even supply cash. These banks and many more are pushing for a cashless society so they don’t have to do as much work.
today I stood in the bank for 30mins before I walked out. This is a hopeless branch. They don't give a damn about making you wait like a prisoner. They might as well close.
Very helpful staff helped me sort out my internet banking registration and ordered a card for me following switching my homeloan to Bank SA.
Evey Bank SA I go to they are so polite and the one at blackwood they are so rude and not polite and they take so long I wish I could give them 0 stars for being so rude and not polite to others people
