Absolutely useless. I went into this branch to get help with a transaction but the lady was completely useless. Once she admitted this, she stated she is only casual so doesn't know anything and the full time lady was with someone else so to come back later. I asked for her to call when she was available and left my contact details and was told I would be called soon when she was free. Never received a call which was no surprise.
