I am a mortgage broker in Adelaide, and recently had dealings with branch manager Lisa and customer service specialist Emma. Both Lisa and Emma were fantastic to deal with, and efficiently contacted our clients who moved to the NT, organising urgent documentation to be executed to ensure settlement of new clients home happened as planned. Fantastic service, a really great branch to deal with. Highly recommended.
I have been trying all morning to speak to the bank manager but they have only given me a stupid number with a recording someone is trying to get me to put in a lot of money into one of their accounts to pay for a Helicopter flight to get someone air lifted off an oil rig in Florida But they only have a 131376 number that is just a recording so it is useless
