Jimmy was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I truly appreciated that he wasn't pushy and seemed most focused on making sure I bought a product that would truly work for my rugs. I would shop here again.

Great selection, great prices, and a purchase here doubles your warranty. Jimmy did a great job explaining the features of the vacuum, operation and maintenance. Highly recommend Bank’s and would definitely come back in the future.
