Had terrific service with store rep - Mike Pekarek. We have dealt with Mike several times in the past. He (and the range of products) keep us coming back as repeat customers.
I was looking for a place to repair my older Eureka Vacuum or where I could purchase a new vacuum and came across this place in Lake Orion. I dealt with Mike there and he was great!! He offered me different options regarding the repair as well as for a new item. I ended up going with the repair and they were quick and very reasonable with their pricing. Mike is a great guy, very professional, knowledgeable and friendly and I highly recommend this store for purchasing a new unit or for the repair of your existing item.
After 10 years my Simplicity vacuum needed to be replaced. Old Faithful was so good I decided to buy another exactly like her. Mike answered my call and helped me again in person when I came to the store. He was knowledgeable, kind, and he gave me a deal that I couldn’t pass up.
