Went to Banks in Lake Orion, MI the other day to buy a new hose for my vacuum and to get a tune up. Mike assisted us. Went back to pick it up and ended up buying a hand held vacuum along with taking home our old vacuum which is like new. MIKE is the best. Everything from start to finish went very smoothly. We will be back and tell our friends . Thanks Mike you were a great help.
