Josh was a great help. I told him what I wanted in a vacuum cleaner and he showed me some options. There was no pressure to buy. However I ended up buying one and I am so glad I did! I'm especially glad I bought the one with the twist feature as it makes the job a lot easier, and allows me to reach places where I would have normally had to move furniture. It was nice to find a place that I could joke around with the workers and they were able to replicate my attitude of sarcasm. Very rare to find this type of service nowadays.
I asked about the in-store price matching and when I went in they honored the deal, with no problem at all. Love a company that stays by their word.
Personal service with a smile is something you never see that much anymore. I am glad I got this experience when I went into this simple vacuuming store, it was a pleasant surprise.
Saw a customer come into the store today very upset with their situation. Not sure what it was about but props to the worker for making the situation the best for everyone around and calming down the person in question.

Really know their stuff here. Went in to get an opinion on what was wrong with my vacuum and they fixed it very quickly for me and saved me from buying a whole new vacuum. Loved this place!
