This place is horrible they have rude staff at don't know what the hell they are doing my refund shows that it has been deposited to their bank on 3/8 its now 3/14 i been calling the office no one can give me information first they said'oh your check hasn't cleared from the irs bullshit i been calling everyday and now want to say we dnt even have a check for you they are horrible my dad was waiting as well for direct deposit next thing you know a check directly from irs comes to my neighbors house they screwed up the address... read more
I sent a friend there her refund state it was deposited by irs in February. So she call them long story short they say it will be ready Friday now they say it will be mailed by the bank. So she called the bank and the lady stated they don't mail any checks that Bank Tax Service is lying. I will never send anyone there again!!!!!
