Been coming to Banks for a few years. Awesome shop and even better group of people. Always making sure my bikes in racing shape.
DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS when they tell you your bike will be fixed by a certain day. I have a month long bike trip planned for July 16. I took my bike in at the beginning of July to get gearing fixed up; I suspected I needed a new drive train - chain, sprocket etc. I told them I needed it by the 15th and was told that would be no problem; it would be ready in 2 - 3 days. After 3 days I'm told they don't have the sprocket but they could have it in a few days and the job will be done by the 15th. It's a longer story than what ... read more
