I’m not sure if they’re incompetent or thieves or both. After sending my documents to them and giving some time, I emailed them to confirm they received them. They said they haven’t. This was 3 weeks after the papers were sent. So checked with the post office and found out they were delivered to the front desk. All of a sudden they found one set of my paperwork.
