Extremely quick I first spoke with Mark Herder on the phone Friday morning. His office immediately responded to my financial problem which was a emergency - no runaround or waiting for some overcomplicated process. His website is very simple, but it works. Not some garbage that is over my head. Late Friday afternoon, it only took his office 8 hours to file my bankruptcy case!

Really regret not looking further. Do not bother contracting with unless your case is straightforward and you're ready to put money down right away. It took me about a year and a half to get my finances in line enough to pay for the whole lump sum, which unfortunately left me in a state where garnishments were in the equation. Mark Herder called me at 6:30 am this morning to give me my case number to insure that my employer would no longer garnish my wages.
