Bank RI customer since 1997 and it seems they have been steadily going downhill for the last 10 years or so. This is my least favorite branch even though it's the closest to me but I've had issues at many branches. Every time I go in for something simple, they try to convince me to do something other than what I was asking for and have even given me misinformation at times. They have tried to convince me that CDs are "bad" and instead sent me to their financial planner to invest with them instead of my current FP. Found out ... read more
I have been a customer of bank r i for about 14 years never had any issues with them the people that work thier are so friendly and helpful I Highley recommend bank ri
Always so slow lines down to the end of the road if I was the bank owner or manager I’d definitely redo my staff for fast and efficient workers and wait times like literally an hour in drive thru via a teller…. Attitude is thru the roof as well
