Opened an account with BankRI just recently. My parents have been using them for years. I do a lot of my parents banking while they are away so I figured I’d change to make things easier. It took almost 2 weeks to get my debit card, my direct deposits from work go in at 6am on Thursday’s but BankRI can’t get it posted until the next day. AND the most ridiculous thing is they charge 25 cents to use your debit card at stores!!!??! I’m 44 almost 45 have had bank accounts elsewhere and never had charges for using my debit unless... read more
Very good bank. Excellent service. Super friendly. And they have great coffee in the lobby.
