Always professional and friendly.
I love my bank! They've always treated me well. The branch manager was supportive of me during a difficult, went above and beyond to help me out, and I couldn't be more appreciative. I've been with this bank many years and can't imagine changing.
Go to Navigant or Bank of America. I Was mislead when I asked if there were any fees or anything of the sort, when there is a .25 cent charge just for using your debit card. The GM did not disclose this to me and when I closed my account he claimed he thought I was referring to monthly fees.
