Rude staff, absolutely ridiculous check cashing policy.
Best bank I've ever dealt with. And the manager (Richard? I think?) Has been extremely helpful. Couldn't ask for a better bank, or better customer service. Amazing.
Best bank in RI by far. Credit unions are the way to go and I'm pretty sure that's what this is? Even if not, they're all so sweet and understanding during this awful time in this country. Ty Nikki for being so understanding and I forget the other woman's name I talked to earlier in the week (customer service line) but thank you too. Y'all are amazing!
