I don't have any complaints at all. The drive thru is a bit funky. I never seen a drive thru in the middle of a parking lot before lol. Lobby isn't much of a lobby. I'd like to see a small waiting area or something else besides a massive counter when you walk through the door but that's my opinion. Staff is friendly and ready to take anyone who's in line right away. (I don't have any complicated transactions. Just depositing, withdrawing, account management.)

I NEVER review companies, however I feel I should warn against coming to this location specifically for currency exchange. That being said, Gianna was incredibly rude, and reluctant to exchange my USD to Euros and asked aloud if anyone else wanted to help me several times. No one did. She complained aloud several times that she did not want to process my exchange. I understand that it’s a pain, but it’s a service offered at their branch. I have a great experience with this Branch since I opened my Bank Account. They are very courteous and polite, and also very efficient. I want to specially thanks Richard and Lee Ann for their their amazing attitudes and professionalism.
