Ms. Babette is wonderful! She is polite, friendly and knowledgeable. I recently went to the branch drive thru for a transaction and she was delightful! When she asked if there was anything else, I mentioned a debit card issue I was having. Not only did she take care of my issue, she also communicated with me throughout the process so I was aware. Stellar service!!
My favorite bank, I've been a customer for almost 20 years and now there's branch in Slidell. The manager, Gina Disanto is a delight to work with, excellent service.
The lobby is not open on Saturday. They do not accept La wallet, a digital ID issued by the state of Louisiana. This Bank does not accept it, do not waste your time bad Business. Also they never have big bills, $10,000 in fives and tens, they don't have $100 billls, do not waste your time with this bank

Been a customer for about a year. Left one of the large banks after constantly being treated like a number and not a customer. I have had a great experience with State bank, thus far. I live on the Northshore and have used all three locations here. Never, have I had an incident or problem. The staff is always friendly and nice. I highly recommend. It is nice to do business at a place that knows who you are as soon as you walk into the door.
