Failed to cancel an internal automatic draft payment over three months. Visited the bank in November signed docs and was assured it was done November 18 by Debra A. February 3 Jeanie C joined the terrible experience. She also was not able to cancel the internal automatic payment. Multiple emails and phone conversations with Debra and Jeanie. Terry B entered the situation and finally got it done swiftly at the end of March(Thank you Terry!) Worst banking experience of my life.
Great customer service. Always friendly. Highly recommend.
