I love Bank Plus. Have been with them for many years. The problem is it's not that many branches close to my home. So I have to drive really far. It will be great if they could open a branch near the LaPlace or reserve area. Just a little inconvenient at times.
rude staff here. this bank is chexsenstive. caution. it means if you opened more than 2 or 3 checking account in past 3 years you will get denied. they will give you a very lame excuse for your denial balmming it on your " score" it's probably not you that is the problem..it's the bank who denies you.
This is the worst bank. I literally walked into the bank to make a deposit for a purchase. They then declined the purchase for fraud. I had to call the the fraud department to verify that it was me. I verified it was me and then had to verify at least 10 additional recent purchases. Then I had to wait on hold for an additional 10/15 mins for a supervisor to lift the hold. Are you kidding me?!!!! Still wasn't lifted. Then had to wait another 10 mins to complain!!!!!Let's just say I was on the phone for 45mins. Thank God this ... read more
