This is the worst bank. I literally walked into the bank to make a deposit for a purchase. They then declined the purchase for fraud. I had to call the the fraud department to verify that it was me. I verified it was me and then had to verify at least 10 additional recent purchases. Then I had to wait on hold for an additional 10/15 mins for a supervisor to lift the hold. Are you kidding me?!!!! Still wasn't lifted. Then had to wait another 10 mins to complain!!!!!Let's just say I was on the phone for 45mins. Thank God this ... read more

I love this location. I’ve been banking w| Bank Plus for a while— when moving back home to New Orleans, I had no clue there was a branch here. Every time I visit the teller is friendly, service is always great.
Last week I wired money to international to my family for 3000$ the fee was 90$ wow!!! I promised it’s gonna be last one here😩😩 OUCH!!!
