My grandfather has been doing business at this bank before it was statebank a total of over 60 years he got overdrawn and the bank would not reverse the $500 in fees. Now he can't even pay his bills this month bc of there fees he's 80 on a fixed income would it hurt for there money hungry self to give him half the money back.
There are still local people working here after it was bought by State Bank. So they know local people when they come in to do business. They are as friendly as they ever were which makes for a pleasant banking experience. It's a comforting feeling knowing you can count on someone you know.
