This was my first visit to this Bank , I walked into the Lobby, no greetings. I looked to the right at a woman sitting at the desk, she never acknowledged my presence . I stood there for a few minutes , and waited for the teller , she greeted me professionally, answered my questions and made me feel welcomed. I think her name was Brittany. Thanks to Brittany!!!
