This is the worst location of Bank plus in the state, tellers are extremely slow, even when it’s clear they aren’t busy. More than once the tellers have ignored my requests to cash a check and instead deposit it. Often 20-30 minutes after their posted hours they will still appear closed and have all drive thru signs set to “closed”

On more than one occasion I have waited over 15 minutes at the drive-thru window. The tellers are very slow and the location is understaffed. Today, a teller walked away from my deposit transaction completely midway to do something else ... and the other teller just ignored me for over 10 minutes. This company does not respect its customers. I will be banking elsewhere now. The other Brandon location by Home Depot is about as bad. Pity.
Need to be open at saturdays. I can rarely make it to the bank during the week
