I had $2 left in my account and transfered money to the account. I looked at my account saw that I had lost all the money I transferred do to an overdraft. I called and then they charged me another one. Bad company
Despite all the construction, the teller was efficient, pleasant, helpful.
I was about to close my account and discovered this particular BankPlus. I'll go out of my way to go to this bank. I love the live teller screens!!!! I don't have to fill out all those deposit and withdrawal slips. I just type in my account number on the screen and it scans my ID. I wish ALL locations had this option. And the drive thru teller is open till 7pm!!!! Can it get any better?
