Michaela Thomas was rude. I had never been to this branch before and wasn’t sure of the COVID procedures, so was hesitant to do anything. I went in to make a deposit and my ID card was thrown on the counter. I was not asked how I preferred my returned funds nor was my money counted back to me as I counted it myself before leaving the branch. You guys should really work on customer service when working with the public.
