Don't trust their new third party fraud department to actually cancel charges, even if they call and confirm that the charges weren't you! They'll push it off on visa and claim no accountability. Edit: It took some work, but the correct people helped us eventually.
I recommend anyone to go to Bank Orion in Bettendorf! They handle my business and as well as 10 of my investors! They know us all by name and they all go above and beyond to make sure everything is great! Ivan since day one has been so helpful with his great attitude! Everyone there is amazing and wouldn't go anywhere else!
