An employee from this bank began stalking me on Facebook. I notified 2 branches of the racial slurs and harassment being of a sexual nature and depicting the disabled as welfare recipients. Neither administration leaders reached out to me to address the issue with their employee. Instead they ceased commenting on their Facebook posts to try to "cover up" the problem. They are as unprofessional as the employees they hire. Be careful.
Love Banking Here! I use 3 of their locations on a a regular basis and each one I go to is great. They know me every time I walk in and help me with any issues I have. Hopefully they will get a Muscatine location soon!
I love banking here because anytime I need help or have questions/issues they are willing to do everything they can to help me. Everyone who I've talked to is super nice and I feel like I can always count on them to assist me in the most positive way. Awesome service!
Very friendly staff and great people to deal with. They have different branches in iowa and Illinois but the people at the orion facility are A+. I would recommend dealing with them anytime. If you have a question give them a call they will try and help you out over the phone. Great checking rewards programs. They help out the local community with donation on things and always are there in the parades with the fire truck and giveaways for the kids.
Rewards checking can't be beat and the people are fantastic!
