You would think if you were putting people in managerial roles that barely speak English they would at least be professional and courteous. That is not the case at the Hartford Ave location. The manager (whose name I forgot because it probably had eight consonants in a row) was incredibly rude and just kept talking over me and talking over me and talking over me. Great Customer Service, they really care about your questions and try really hard to help you.
I recently had a terrible experience at this bank, I was pre-approved for a $300,000 mortgage by Gary Leveillee, and he did not run my credit he just went by my income and I had asked him do you need to run my credit he said no just find a property. I found a property and signed a purchase and sales agreement put down a deposit did an inspection and had a closing date. Then, 2 days ago he told me Rhode Island housing denied my loan because of my debt to income ratio which would have been nice to know before he even approved ... read more
