I go to the bank once every week and have for years (since about 2012). I recently came back to this location, and boy did it used to be better. (Is Paula not here anymore? She was amazing.) The remodel is off putting. Its very open on the inside so you can hear everyone's business. The area where you fill out your bank slip only has one cup of pens so if people are filling out theirs right next to the pens, you have to be really close to them to grab a pen which can be awkward. DO NOT OPEN A CHECKING ACCOUNT HERE! I sat down with some guy named Charles that did not inform me that you would have a 2 step verification process before getting into your account. Which is the worst part of it all because I would get logged out of my account, locked or access denied. I drove to the branch in prov maybe every other day to get my account unlocked and they said they can’t even take the thing off my account.
