I have been a BankNewport customer since the late 1960's and have never been dissatisfied. Have used just about every product they offer: commercial lending, residential lending, checking, savings, etc. Appreciate their attention to details, the personal touch, and customer service. Very grateful they are part of our community.
Horrendous system for customers. They don't have dedicated tellers, only associates that you have to sit down with. Twice this week I went in to get change for business, the first time waited almost 40 minutes, today waited 20 with no end in sight. 2 other people also came in and left, that's terrible business. Have a dedicated teller, it's a bank, not a club to sit around and tell your life story. So frustrating
